Fan Fiction Recommendations

This is sincerely the best fic I’ve read thus far. The writing is exquisite. It is very long and still a WIP, but I can never stop reading it. It’s post-Reichenbach and the characters are simply perfect. There’s some sex scenes (very well-written, btw), but the plot is more about emotion. Sherlock is a great balance between his normal self and a slightly more vulnerable, human self. John is also spot on with his feelings. It’s a very realistic portrayal, in my opinion. This author would make a damn good novelist. Please read.

If you haven’t already read this, you need to. It contains a LOT of sexually explicit material, but goes way beyond that. It’s an amazing analysis of Sherlock and John’s relationship. Surprisingly, despite the unusual plot, the characters remain very true. Great writing. The length is perfect and it keeps you reading. The last chapter also made me laugh a ton. It’s a lot more than a smut fic.

Haha. So this is definitely a smut fic. I just found it to be a very interesting concept and it made me laugh. I also just really like Sherlock in it. It’s a fun one-shot.
